Each session shows you exactly how to prepare for the effective implementation of your learning in the next session.

TRIAGE TRAINING & PAPERWORK PERFECTION

Two persistent problems get solved in this session: how to create a dedicated home for everything you need in your work environment AND the paperwork model that will permanently eliminate clutter creep.

TRIAGE TRAINING: A thorough office organization includes handling ALL the stuff, in all the nooks and crannies. Triage is messy - so you’ll get all the techniques you need to do it quickly and effectively in much less time!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PAPER:

  • Discover the ONLY “3 Types” of paper you need and use to do your work.

  • Establish a workflow system that keeps your desk clear forever.

  • Design a custom filing system that makes finding what you need easy and FAST

THE GAME PLAN: Learn the essential criteria to make effective upgrades to your workspace - including how to be prepared for implementing the paper structures.

3TYPES OF PAPER: THE WORKFLOW SETUP Every single piece of paper in your office will have a proper home!

THE BIG SORT: Learn by doing - do a “once and for all” sort of your paper haystacks. Practice the sorting model and learn how to make decisions about categories, locations, and whether or not to keep it.

THE GAME PLAN: The final pass at tuning up the game plan will be a calendar integration.

CLOSING DISCUSSIONS: Together we will review any remaining workload and how to structure independent work OR how to participate in the Member Workday program to support the completion of any longer term projects created in the workshop.
